Our Services
We provide towing and roadside assistance services in Kettering, OH and surrounding areas. Our services include emergency towing, flatbed towing, roadside assistance, and vehicle recovery. When you call us, we will provide an estimated arrival time and cost for the service you need.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You are responsible for paying the agreed-upon price for the service provided. If additional work is needed beyond what was originally quoted, we will inform you before proceeding and get your approval.
Your Responsibilities
When you use our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your vehicle and location
- Be present or have a representative available when we arrive
- Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing
- Provide proper identification and proof of vehicle ownership when requested
- Pay for services rendered in full at the time of service
Liability and Damage
We take great care when handling your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, damage caused by the condition of your vehicle, or items left inside the vehicle. We carry appropriate insurance coverage as required by law. If you believe damage occurred during our service, please notify us immediately so we can address your concerns.
Cancellations
You can cancel your service request at any time before we arrive. If we have already dispatched a truck to your location, a cancellation fee may apply to cover our travel costs. We will inform you of any cancellation fees when you call to cancel.
Storage and Abandoned Vehicles
If your vehicle is towed to our facility, you must pick it up within a reasonable time. Storage fees may apply for vehicles left at our facility beyond the first 24 hours. We follow all Ohio state laws regarding abandoned vehicles and lien sales.
Service Availability
We operate 24/7 and make every effort to respond quickly to your request. However, during severe weather or high-demand periods, response times may be longer than usual. We will do our best to keep you informed about your estimated arrival time.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
